Caitlin is a graduate of Florida school of Massage. She has practiced in a variety of settings such as spas, a personal studio and mobile massage over the course of 10 years and is licensed in multiple states. She enjoys incorporating relaxation, deep tissue and assisted passive stretching with healing modalities of Reiki and Thai massage into her practice. Caitlin has taken courses in Reiki 1&2 and has completed table top and floor traditional Thai massage classes, along with energy line and Ayurveda courses. She has also taken continuing education in Qigong and food healing. She hopes to continue advancing and become a Reiki master and certified Thai massage therapist. Being able to give and receive caring, therapeutic touch has been incredibly healing in her own life. Since she was a child, she has been giving massage to family and friends. To be able to practice this with others is a great gift and blessing. Caitlin  takes care of herself through yoga, being in nature, healthy foods and painting watercolors. Having a daily practice grounded in Metta, loving kindness, allows peace into life.
